If you no longer wish your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, you may send an email to info@13nt.lt and object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or request that your personal data not be subject to automated processing, including profiling*, without having to state the reasons for your objection.

*Based on the personal data you provide, your personal data may be profiled for direct marketing purposes in order to offer you personalised solutions and proposals. You may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by automated means, including profiling, or object to such processing.

Any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data may be submitted by the Data Subject in writing to the Data Controller in one of the following ways: delivered directly to the address: Galindų g. 9, Kaunas, or by email: info@13nt.lt

Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller will provide a response and carry out the actions indicated in the request, or refuse to carry them out, no later than within one month of the date of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, the Data Controller will inform the Data Subject of such an extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not enable data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, except for the right to object to the processing of personal data by means of direct marketing, where required by law to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, or breaches of official or professional ethics, as well as to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
